  • Verse 2.47: "You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions."

This highlights the concept of working selflessly, focusing on the process rather than becoming overly attached to outcomes, which is a key aspect of spiritual fulfillment at work.

2.     Karma Yoga (Path of Selfless Action) – Bhagavad Gita

I have spent a significant part of my life pondering the nature of happiness, seeking answers to the questions that have lingered in my mind for years: What is true happiness? Is it something that can be attained externally, or is it an internal state of being? Why do we, despite having everything we could possibly want, sometimes feel that something is still missing? Is happiness real, or is it just an illusion?

This book is the culmination of those questions, and more. It is a personal and philosophical exploration of happiness, drawing from diverse perspectives - ranging from ancient Indian wisdom, including teachings from Sanatana Dharma and the profound philosophies of Buddhism, to contemporary psychological research and modern-day life experiences. The aim is not just to define happiness, but to understand its complexities, its illusions, and its deeper truths.
